A Holistic Approach to Women’s Fitness
My training philosophy blends the evidence-based principles of the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with the specialized expertise of a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). This approach focuses on building strength from the inside out by improving core function, posture, breathing mechanics, and overall movement quality. Instead of chasing quick fixes or extreme workouts, I help women develop sustainable strength, stability, and resilience that supports their bodies through every stage of life.
Support for Every Phase of Womanhood
Women’s bodies change throughout life — during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, busy motherhood, and beyond. PCES training is specifically designed to address the unique physical demands women experience, including pelvic floor health, diastasis recti, core dysfunction, and back or hip pain. By combining corrective exercise with functional strength training, I help women restore balance in their bodies, reduce discomfort, and regain confidence in how they move and feel.

Fitness should make life easier, not harder. My programs are designed to help women move better in everyday life — whether that means carrying children, improving posture after long hours at a desk, returning to exercise safely after having a baby, or simply feeling stronger and more energized. Through personalized coaching, education, and intentional programming, I aim to empower women with the knowledge and strength they need to take care of their bodies for the long term.
