I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience through every stage of life. My approach focuses on safe, functional training that supports the body rather than pushing it beyond what it’s ready for. I specialize in helping women reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, build lasting strength, and develop sustainable fitness habits that fit into real life.
